Terms and Conditions for Digital Feng Shui - Fundamentals

1. Who we are

Digital Feng Shui is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 98978454, in the Netherlands. You can reach us at info@digital-fengshui.com.

2. The Course

Digital Feng Shui – Fundamentals (the "Course") is an online video course of 8 modules and 35 video lessons, with supporting templates and guides. You follow it through your personal account on our website. The Course is optimized for Mac and iOS; many of the principles also work on other platforms. The content of the Course is as described on our website at the time of your purchase.

3. Price and payment

The Course is a one-time payment; there is no subscription. Prices are shown in US dollars. The total price you pay, including any VAT that applies in your country, is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. After payment you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt and access details.

4. Your account

You access the Course through a personal account linked to your email address. Your account is for you only: please don't share your login or give others access to the Course. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. If you think someone else is using your account, let us know at info@digital-fengshui.com.

5. Lifetime access and updates

"Lifetime access" means you can use the Course for as long as we offer it, including all updates and improvements we make to the Fundamentals course, at no extra cost. New, separate courses or products we may create in the future are not included and may be sold separately.

If we ever stop offering the Course, we will let you know by email at least 90 days in advance, so you have time to finish it and save any downloadable materials.

6. 30-day money-back guarantee

6.1. If the Course is not working for you, email us at info@digital-fengshui.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full purchase price.

6.2. Within the first 14 days after purchase, you don't need to give a reason. This also covers your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. A simple email is enough.

6.3. From day 15 to day 30, we ask that you have put the Course into practice, and that you tell us in a couple of lines what you set up and where it fell short. We use this to improve the Course.

6.4. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of your request. After a refund, your access to the Course ends. Requests made more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible, except where the law requires otherwise.

7. Using the Course content

All Course content (videos, texts, templates, graphics and other materials) belongs to Digital Feng Shui or its licensors. With your purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Course for yourself.

You may not share, resell, publish or otherwise distribute the content or your access to it; download or record the videos (other than materials we offer for download); or use the content to create a competing course or product.

8. Results

The Course offers education and practical guidance. What you get out of it depends on how you apply it, so we can't guarantee specific results. Testimonials on our website reflect the individual experiences of real students.

9. Liability

We build and maintain the Course with care, but we can't guarantee that the website will always be available or free of errors. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Course, except in the case of intent or gross negligence on our part.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

10. Ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these Terms, for example by sharing your account or distributing Course content. Where reasonably possible, we will contact you first and give you the chance to resolve it.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applied when you bought the Course governs your purchase. If we make important changes that affect existing students, we will let you know by email.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country. If something goes wrong, please contact us first; we will do our best to solve it together. Any dispute will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands, unless consumer law gives you the right to go to the court where you live.
